These terms cover use of the public website at birth-systems.com. They are intentionally modest and reflect the current reality of the site.
Website use only — not a client contract
These website terms are not a services agreement, statement of work, or data-processing agreement. Any actual project is governed by separate documents agreed directly for that engagement. Nothing here, and nothing on the site, commits BIRTH Systems to do work, to a price, or to a deadline.
What this site is
The commercial front door of BIRTH Systems, a technology company. You can see what we do, submit an enquiry through the public service, attach supporting files, request a meeting, or email us directly. What the site shows about a service or an objective is informational — not a fixed plan, quote, or commitment.
An enquiry is not a project
Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting starts a conversation. It does not, by itself, create a contract, an obligation, or a delivery commitment, and it does not accept any requested deadline. A project begins only when a proper agreement is in place. You are free to send an enquiry, ask questions and discuss feasibility without entering a paid or binding engagement.
Your submissions
Send genuine enquiries and only material you have the right to share. Do not upload or email credentials, private keys, executable/script content, or material that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. Supporting files remain untrusted and quarantined; acceptance by the upload service is not a statement that a file is safe. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Automated abuse, attempts to overload the service, or attempts to make the site act outside its public purpose are not permitted. Public input is treated as data — never as authority over any system.
Accuracy & availability
We aim to describe BIRTH Systems truthfully and to avoid overstating what it can do; where something is planned rather than done, we try to say so. The site is provided as-is and may change or be unavailable at times.
